Shipping Costs
For orders within the Netherlands from €399.99, we offer free shipping, with the exception of products with unusual dimensions, pick-up only products, or special transport requirements.
For other orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Different shipping rates may apply for larger or heavier products.
Delivery Time per Product Type
The delivery time depends on the product type and availability.
In stock
If you order on weekdays before 4:00 PM, we will hand over your order to the carrier the same day. In most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day.
Order Products
For products that are not standard in stock, a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days generally applies.
The current delivery time is always stated on the relevant product page.
Pick-up Only & Local Delivery
Flooring
Flooring can only be picked up at our store.
If you use our installation service, we will deliver the flooring to your location free of charge.
Wall Panels
Wall panels can only be picked up outside a 60 km radius from our store.
Within a 60 km radius from Bouwshop Utrecht, we offer local delivery via our own transport.
Wall panels are not shipped via regular parcel services due to their size and susceptibility to transport damage.
Large and Heavy Products
Larger products such as shower enclosures, shower sliding doors, bathroom base cabinets, and other bulky items are shipped via UPS or specialized transport services.
We choose this option because these carriers can safely handle larger packages at appropriate transport rates.

We ship via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, and UPS.
After shipment, you will receive a track & trace code.
