When can you expect your order?
Delivery time depends on the type of product you order:

Immediately available: If you order on weekdays before 4:00 PM, we will hand over your package to the carrier on the same day. In most cases, you will receive it the next working day.

Special order products: For products that we do not keep in stock as standard – such as flooring, 3D wall panels, bathroom furniture, or shower enclosures – a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days applies.

Collection only: Some items are too fragile or too large for regular shipping. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands
We use reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD. For heavier products, we work with UPS. As soon as your package is on its way, you will immediately receive a track & trace code.

Free collection in Utrecht
