You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will receive the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, back. The costs for returning your order are at your own expense. Return costs average around €7.25 per package, depending on the carrier. The return label must be arranged by the customer themselves.

We do not charge restocking fees.
You may evaluate the product as you would in a physical store. Therefore, it is permitted to unpack and test the product. However, the product must be complete and, if reasonably possible, returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the product has been used or damaged more than necessary to evaluate it, we may charge a depreciation fee.
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the refund within approximately 3 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed.
