You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without stating a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will receive the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. The costs for returning your order are for your own account. Return costs average approximately €7.25 per package, depending on the carrier. The return label must be arranged by the customer themselves.

We do not charge restocking fees.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Therefore, it is permitted to unpack and test the product. However, the product must be complete and, if reasonably possible, returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the product has been used or damaged more than necessary to assess it, we may charge a reduction in value.
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the refund within approximately 3 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to place the order, unless otherwise agreed.
