BONFIX - Air Vent Tap - Black Knob - Chrome-plated Brass

Reliable water supply for all your household appliances.
The BONFIX aerator tapis the ideal universal connection tap for drinking water installations. This tap is made of high-quality polished brass and features a durable chrome layer. Thanks to the KIWA quality mark, you are assured of a safe and approved product for your water supply network.

This model is specifically equipped with an aerator (DA), which prevents contaminated water from being sucked back into the pipe system under negative pressure. It creates a safe air column between the drinking water and the connected appliance. This version with the recognizable black knob is eminently suitable for the permanent connection of your washing machine or dishwasher. Please note: this model does not contain an integrated non-return valve and is therefore not suitable for filling central heating systems.

💡 Tip
The difference between this tap and the version with a non-return valve is crucial for safety. This tap without a non-return valve is perfect for your washing machine, as the machine itself often already has safety features. However, if you want a tap that is universally applicable for your central heating boiler as well, always choose the variant with a non-return valve to comply with installation regulations. Always hand-tighten the black knob during installation to prevent damage to the internal mechanism!
