Universal Acrylic Primer GU-10 – 5L – Adhesion Promoter

The GU-10 Universal Acrylic Primer (5L) is a reinforced, water-based primer for professional preparation of walls, floors, and ceilings. This primer ensures excellent adhesion of paint, self-leveling compound, plaster, tile adhesive, and renders, both indoors and outdoors.

After drying, the GU-10 forms a strong, scratch-resistant film that regulates water vapor exchange and creates an even surface for the next finishing coat.

🧱 Applicable on

✔ Plasterwork (cement, lime-cement, gypsum)
✔ Plasterboard and sand-lime brick
✔ Cement floors and concrete
✔ Absorbent and porous substrates

❌ Do not apply on

🚫 Non-absorbent surfaces (such as OSB, terrazzo, or varnished floors)
🚫 Heavily weathered substrates – in this case, use a deep primer

🧰 Instructions for use

1. Preparation: Ensure the substrate is dry, clean, and stable. Remove old paint layers, dust, and loose particles.

2. Mould or algae: First clean and treat with an anti-fungal agent.

3. Application: Shake well before use. Apply with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer.

4. For highly absorbent surfaces: Apply two coats for optimal coverage.

5. Drying time: 2–24 hours depending on temperature and humidity.

6. Ventilation: Ensure adequate air circulation when used indoors.
