Application conditions
- Processing temperature (environment and substrate) between +5°C and +40°C.
- On load-bearing, tolerant, clean and grease-free surfaces.
- Remove loose particles from the surface using a suitable brush.
- Degrease surfaces thoroughly using Seal-it® 510 CLEANER.
- Before use, shake the can vigorously/well approx. 20 times.
- If necessary, lightly moisten the substrate using a plant sprayer.
- Cut off fully cured excess Seal-it® 475 PU-FOAM HAND with a knife and/or trowel.

Seal-it® 475 PU-FOAM HAND is a durable and fast curing 1K. insulation and assembly foam, specially developed for sealing and filling joints, connections, seams, holes, adjustment and assembly spaces, between various construction parts, which hardens under the influence of humidity and forms into a durable foam mass.
Applications
- Specially designed for sealing, insulating and filling connection joints, seams, cracks and holes in interior and exterior facades, cavity walls, partition walls, ceiling, roof and floor sections.
- Sealing, insulating and filling pipe and conduit penetrations through walls, ceilings, roofs and floors.
- Sealing, insulating and filling installation and assembly spaces around prefabricated elements, facades, window and door frames.
- Bonding, mounting, insulating, filling and sealing of insulation boards/panels and sheet materials together, in roof, facade, wall and floor constructions.
- Sealing, insulating and filling connections in ridges, dormers, chimneys, exhaust ducts and bay windows.
- Filling, sealing and insulating hollow spaces / holes in roofs, floors, facades, walls and ceilings.

- Adheres excellently to many materials, such as stone, concrete, wood, plaster, stucco and masonry, metal and various plastics, such as styrofoam, PU hard foam, polyester and hard PVC.
